Learn Arabic Online for Beginners

This page is for you if Arabic is not your language. The rest of MYVARX is in Arabic. The course itself is live, in a small group.

Who it is for

You do not read Arabic yet. You may live in an Arabic-speaking place, study there, or work there. You need a price, a time, and a question you can actually say.

It is not for children who already understand Arabic at home and answer in another language. That is a different course, in Arabic, for their parents.

What the hours cover

The order follows what you meet first, not a grammar book. First the sound that changes a word. Then one sentence: who you are. Then a number, a time, and a price. Then a question. Then a narrow day: a street, food, work. In the last two weeks you read a short text made only of words from the course, and you talk about yourself.

Reading between sessions is needed. It is not part of the class hours above.

What these hours do not do

You will read a written sentence, say who you are and what you want, and understand a slow answer. You will not run a work conversation in Arabic, and you will not write a long message. That is a later level.

The teacher

Mohammad Thabet. His degree is in Arabic. He speaks Arabic, English, and German, and he prepares the lesson before he teaches it. He starts in Arabic. If you do not catch the sentence, he explains it in English or in German, then goes back to the Arabic sentence. He also teaches English through German, and German through English, so the explanation does not get stuck.
